Editing...  What a long, arduous process, but necessary.  To date, I have written 120 pages of my sequel.  Now, starting at page 1, I have to read, consider, edit, correct and rethink every word, sentence, paragraph and scene I've written to make sure everything is as perfect as I see it in my head.  I want to do this, at this point, (about 1/3 complete) before I continue writing.  It is a great way to refresh my memory about everything I've written so far and make revisions along the way.  It's interesting how you see things differently when you return to them some time later.  THIS is what makes the story great...  revisiting it over and over again to see how you might enhance it.  Fresh eyes always produce fresh new ideas!  This will certainly not be the last time I do this.  This will happen many, many more times before it ever sees an editor.  :-)  I've been working on this for days.  Tonight, I'm up to page 76.  I see light at the end of the tunnel....  :-)
