Progress on Extra-Terrestrial Novel

I've been working on this new novel for about a year and a half, and I'm seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. Guessing -- I have around another 50 pages or so to write and I'll be wrapping up this story, which is so much more than a novel about intelligent life elsewhere in the universe. After reading the first few chapters, readers will soon realize that this book is just as much about the meaning of life on earth, and the nature of the human soul, as it is about what exists beyond earth's atmospheric borders, and who the other people of the universe are and what their civilizations are like. 

I am so passionate about this book, that I find myself getting up extra-early before work to write, and writing after work and on the weekends, so I can constantly immerse myself in this intriguing story where scenes and characters teach me something every day.
